Российская Ассоциация организаций и предприятий целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности - некоммерческая организация, стратегическая цель создания которой заключается в гармонизации интересов отраслевого бизнес-сообщества и власти, общества и науки.

 

Миссия

Обеспечивать компаниям-членам значимую поддержку на основе безукоризненной деятельности в тех сферах, которые имеют ключевое значение для успешного функционирования компаний, и где действия Ассоциации могут быть более результативными, чем индивидуальные действия самих компаний.

Политика

Предпринять такие инициативы в законодательной, регулирующей, административной и торговой сферах, которые в итоге оказывали бы благоприятное воздействие на работу отрасли.

Задача

 Укрепление позиции посредника между властью и бизнесом с целью обмена информацией и идеями, поддержки важных инициатив, продвижения продукции, а также совместной работы над полезными для отрасли и общества программами.

РАО "Бумпром" по праву считает себя преемником созданного в России в 1901 году Союза русских писчебумажников, который "знакомил общество с состоянием дел в отрасли и экономикой производства".

Ассоциация учреждена в 1999 году.

Является членом Торгово-экономического совета Министерства экономического развития и торговли РФ, Торгово-промышленной палаты РФ, "Координационного совета объединений работодателей России" (КСОРР), Общероссийского НТО бумдревпрома, Координационного совета по вопросам взаимодействия Федерального агентства лесного хозяйства Министерства природных ресурсов РФ и предприятий лесной промышленности России, Общероссийской организации «Деловая Россия». 

В соответствии с заключенными соглашениями ассоциация взаимодействует с Министерством природных ресурсов РФ, Союзом лесопромышленников и лесоэкспортеров России, Гильдией издателей периодической печати, Содружеством бумажных оптовиков, ЦК профсоюза работников лесных отраслей РФ, ГНЦ ЛПК, ассоциацией "РосОбои", Браншовой камарой ЦБП (Ассоциацией предприятий целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности Республики Болгария) и другими организациями.

RAO  Bumprom is rightful successor of the Union of  Russian producers of writing papers established in 1901 year and was engaged in providing Russian society with  information concerning the industry development and key events in production sphere of the economy.

Association was organized in 1999 year. It is a member of Trade-Economic Council under Ministry of economic development and trade of Russian Federation, Trade-Industrial Chamber, Coordination Council of employers’ unions in Russia  (CCEGR),  All Russian Scientific  Technical Union of pulp and forest industry, Coordination Council for issues of interaction between Federal Agency of forestry under Ministry of natural resources of Russian Federation and forestry industrial enterprises.

In accordance with concluded agreements the Association counteracts with  Ministry of natural resources of Russian Federation, the Union of forest business and forest exporters of Russia, Association of regular mass-media publishers, State Science Center for forest industry complex, Confederation of paper wholesalers, Central Committee of trade-union of employees in Russia’s forestry industries, Association  Ros Oboi (Russian wallpapers) , Association of pulp and paper enterprises of Bulgaria Republic.
